Our payment gateway uses zip code verification to protect customers from credit card fraud.
Occasionally our payment gateway gets a little overzealous and will block a payment even when the zip code is 100% correct as per the customers billing address.
Most zip code errors are resolved by using PayPal to process your Debit or Credit Card instead of our in-cart payment gateway.
Take the following steps to complete your payment.
Step 1:
Click the PayPal button on the checkout page.
Step 2:
Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" from the PayPal express popup.
