When updating your Adobe apps, some presets and preferences including brushes, swatches, and actions may not transfer over to the latest version for a variety of reasons.
In some cases, you may see a "not compatible" error message or experience your apps crashing.
If you experience this issue please take the following steps:
- Restart your device then check if your presets are back to normal. If not proceed to step 2.
- Download the latest version of your TGTS product or if you know where the original files are stored on your hard drive, locate them.
- Re-install your product following the included instructions.
