If you recently made a purchase but your credit or debit card was declined on your first attempt some banks or card issuers may temporarily display the attempted payment as "pending" or "processing" in your online banking system.
Depending on how much information your bank displays on its online banking app, the charge may appear just like any approved charge.
Rest assured that this is not a double charge and will be reversed by your bank within 24-48hours.
We appologize should you experience this error. Nobody likes an unexplained or duplicate payment appearing in their account.
