If you successfully placed an order but have not received an email, please check your junk folders or any alternative email addresses you may have used to check out.
If you paid using PayPal, your order confirmation will be sent to your PayPal email address, regardless of the email address you entered at the checkout.

Typo's, mis-spellings and auto-fill errors:
If you think you may have misspelled your email address or are unable to login to access your email address, submit a support request below and we'll be happy to dig it up for you.
Credit & Debit Card Orders:
Orders paid for by credit or debit card are sent to the email address you placed your order with.
If you paid with PayPal, your order email will be sent to the email address you use to log in to your PayPal account, even if you entered a different email address as your primary email on our checkout page.
If you paid with Apple Pay, your order email will be sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID, even if you entered a different email address as your primary email on our checkout page.
What if my payment was declined but I've been charged on my bank statement?
When a payment fails a card security check, most banks or card issuers may temporarily display the attempted payment as "pending" or "processing" in your online banking system. Depending on your banks system, it may just look like a regular approved charge.
Rest assured that this charge is temporary and will usually be reversed within 24 hours.
If you have not seen a reversal within two business days please contact us and we will be happy to investigate further.
