I updated Photoshop and now my product doesn’t work.



When updating your Adobe apps  some presets and preferences including brushes, swatches and actions may not transfer over to the latest version for a variety of reasons. 


If you experience this issue please take the following steps:

 

  1. Download the latest version of your TGTS product or if you know where the original files are stored on your hard drive, locate them.
  2. Re-install your product following the included instructions.
