If you're a Creative Cloud subscriber you may find that some or all of your products disappear, no longer work or are incomplete after updating to the latest version Photoshop or Illustrator.
Solution 1: Locate and reinstall your product files.
If you know the location of the affected product's installable files and instructions you can simply repeat the installation process for the latest version of your apps.
Solution 2: Download again and reinstall.
Find your original order confirmation email or login to your account to recover your download links then download and install to the latest version of Photoshop or Illustrator following the instructions provided.
