If you're a Creative Cloud subscriber you may find that some or all of your products disappear, no longer work or are incomplete after updating to the latest version of Photoshop or Illustrator.
Solution 1: Restart your computer.
Then check if your presets have returned to normal.
Solution 2: Reinstall your product files.
Locate the affected product's installable files on your hard drive then reinstall following the included installation instructions.
Solution 3: Download again and reinstall.
Find your original order confirmation email or login to your account to recover your download links then download and install to the latest version of Photoshop or Illustrator following the instructions provided.
