Why was my order processed as an eCheck?
If your PayPal account is funded solely by your bank account and you do not have a backup funding source, you order will be processed as an eCheck.
Just like paper checks, eChecks can take between 3 and 6 business days to process. In the meantime, you will see a “Payment-Authorizing” message on your download page until processing has completed.
Once the eCheck is processed you will receive an email notification from PayPal confirming the payment and your download will then be available.
Can you cancel my eCheck?
Due to PayPal policy, we are unable to cancel eCheck transactions whilst they are still processing.
How can I get my download sooner?
Unfortunately if you need your order immediately your only option is to place a second order using a debit/credit card or by ensuring your PayPal account has a backup payment method (a credit or debit card with sufficient funds).
Once the eCheck clears, contact us to arrange a refund of the original eCheck order.
