I updated Illustrator and now my product doesn’t work.



When updating your Adobe apps, some presets and preferences including brushes, swatches, and actions may not transfer over to the latest version for a variety of reasons.

In some cases, you may even experience your apps crashing.


If you experience this issue please take the following steps:

 

  1. Restart your device then check if your presets are back to normal. If not proceed to step 2.
  2. Download the latest version of your TGTS product or if you know where the original files are stored on your hard drive, locate them.
  3. Re-install your product following the included instructions.
